We are not affiliated with the City of Philadelphia. Approval of any license, certificate or permit is at the sole discretion of the City.
Information on this site, including results from the property check, is drawn from public records that may be incomplete or delayed and is provided for general information only.
Service fees, scope and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins. City fees and third-party costs are billed at cost. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for repairs needed to satisfy City requirements.
