Privacy policy
Philly Rental Licensing, an EPG Management company ("we") collects the information you submit through forms on this site, such as your name, email, phone, property addresses and details about your property, to respond to you and provide our services. The free property check sends the address you type to City of Philadelphia public data services to retrieve public records; we do not store the address unless you submit a form.
We use form submissions to contact you, prepare filings on your behalf, and send service updates. We do not sell your information. We share it only with government agencies and vendors (for example, lead testing providers) as needed to perform the services you request, and with EPG Management, which operates this service.
