Pricing questions

Is the $500 per property or per unit?
Per property. A 1-unit rowhome and a 12-unit building both pay $500 in service fees. City license fees are per unit ($69 each) and are passed through at cost.
What is not included?
City fees, third-party lead testing, and any repair work needed to close violations. We quote those in writing before anything is booked.
When do I pay?
The service fee is due at intake. City fees and lead testing are paid when we file or schedule them, at cost, with receipts.
What if the city rejects the application?
We fix and resubmit at no additional service fee. If we cannot get the license issued because of something outside our control, such as an open violation you choose not to repair, we tell you before filing.
